For projects that do want TKIVtk (the core VTK visualization toolkit) but don't need or want TKIVtkDraw (e.g. that have their own GUI framework like Qt or GTK) we want to enable builds with just VTK enabled and not force also installing TK. The sci-libs/cantera[lapack] fail some tests as it was early for previous cantera versions. It may be related to GCC upgrade as on cantera-3.2.0 version bump this tests was OK for sci-libs/sundials-6.5.0 and now it broken again.
