I've chosen to remove the current patches that are applied. Hopefully,
that's acceptable for an unstable build. If there's interest in getting
these patches upstreamed, let me know, and I'll work on it.
Also remove patches from the live ebuild. Most of them were not included,
and the remaining ones seem to be of questionable value, fixing ancient
incompatibilities.
* #320097 is an incompatibility with NetworkManager from 2010
* #912315 is an incompatibility with legacy TLS/EAP from 2023
