In all_fakegem_install, if RUBY_FAKEGEM_BINDIR is empty but RUBY_FAKEGEM_BINWRAP isn't, we'll call find(1) with a trailing slash: ``` * Running install phase for all find: warning: -path */gems/minitest-retry-0.3.1/ will not match anything because it ends with /. ``` Avoid that by adding another check as we do for *_BINWRAP. The varargs implementation in Ruby 3.2 is not compatible with gnu23. Ruby 3.1 is in security maintenance mode upstream so it is unlikely that the fixes from Ruby 3.2 will be backported. Ruby 3.1 is EOL in March 2025 and will be removed from Gentoo around that time. Signed-off-by: Hans de Graaff

eclass/ruby-fakegem.eclass: always avoid minitest plugins

Minitest will by default scan for any plugin installed by any gem and register it. This has been a source of test failures when a plugin can no longer be initialized for some reason.
