dev-java/commons-beanutils: avoid to run tests of commons-collections

There was a mistake in junit5.eclass. This mistake was fixed with commit #b1cc32e229, leading to a regression in this package. This commit removes the ${ACC} test sources from JAVA_TEST_SRC_DIR and compiles them in a separate jar which is added to the classpath for running the tests. Signed-off-by: Volkmar W.
